Our Story
C&G Kitchen’s began in 2010 when Carlos and Gabriela decided to share their family’s authentic Cuban and Ecuadorian recipes with their community in Troy, Missouri. What started as a small weekend operation quickly grew into a local favorite.
Using recipes passed down through generations, we prepare every dish with the same love and attention to detail that our abuelas put into their cooking. Our mission is simple: to serve delicious, authentic food that brings people together.
Today, we continue to operate from our beloved food truck, serving up the flavors of our heritage with a side of warm hospitality. We’re proud to be part of the Troy community and grateful for the support we’ve received over the years

Giving Back
We believe in supporting the community that has supported us
At C&G Kitchen’s, we’re committed to being more than just a food truck. We actively participate in local events, sponsor youth sports teams, and donate meals to community organizations.
Each year, we host a “Community Appreciation Day” where we offer special discounts and donate a portion of proceeds to local charities. It’s our small way of saying thank you to the town that has embraced us.
We’re always looking for new ways to support our community. If you have a cause or event you’d like us to be involved with, please reach out!
